Coaching with me
-

Using my insight
I will leverage my insight borne from working in private practice, in-house and internationally – and what life in a global international law firm is really like – to my coaching practice, whilst giving you the privilege of time and space to consider what you really want.
-

Explore your systems
I help you explore the systems you operate in, from your own unique perspective.
I believe that true change occurs when you have the space and safety to explore, without judgement, change and the systems you operate in - and create a foundation for choosing the future you want.
-

Find your direction
I am here to provide support, accountability and challenge as you work through to find your own answers to the questions that have been bothering you for a while. I consider coaching to be a collaborative partnership, a journey of exploration where you are the expert on your own life and experiences.

Create lasting change
My personal approach to coaching is grounded in the fundamental belief that every individual possesses an inherent capacity for positive change – you can take control of your own career. I am focused on helping you to explore practical, achievable change, breaking the impossible down into the possible and challenging assumptions that may have been sitting in your mind for years.
Who are my “typical” clients?
1
My clients tend to be approaching pivotal moments in their career where they are considering a “big change” – whether that is a step up or promotion, a pause, or a complete rebalancing or rebuilding of their career. They may not want to follow the “normal” linear path to a promotion, or they may be questioning if they want promotion at all.
Most – but not all – work in professional services, and a significant majority are, or identify as, female.
How does coaching take place?
2
My coaching sessions are conducted either via Zoom or via email, through a series of reflective prompts.
How does Zoom coaching work and how much does it cost?
3
Zoom sessions last for one hour and cost £250 (packages for multiple sessions are available and I am happy to invoice your employer, if coaching has been agreed with them) . I offer a free 30 minute “discovery call” to discuss what you are seeking to achieve with coaching, and for you to identify whether I will be the right coach for you.
If you decided you would like to go ahead, I will send you a copy of my coaching agreement.
There is no cap or floor on the number of coaching sessions you can have and the structure around scheduling sessions is completely flexible – some clients prefer to have standing sessions every six weeks, others prefer to schedule them on a more ad hoc basis.
How does email coaching work and how much does it cost?

Working with me does not have to mean another video call in your already packed diary.
Email coaching, if treated with respect and focus, offers the same depth and rigour as online coaching. I will use reflective prompts to challenge, enable honest conversation, and provide a different perspective, but in a format that fits around the realities of a demanding legal career.
Lawyers are skilled communicators. Writing comes naturally, and for you, articulating thoughts on paper may bring a clarity that a live conversation does not always allow.
You will receive a set of tailored reflective prompts, designed specifically for where you are in your career right now and what you are keen to discuss.
You respond in your own time — on a Sunday morning, between client calls, whenever you have time to focus. In response, you will receive further prompts, questions, observations, or different perspectives to consider.
Email coaching is available as a standalone option or as a complement to regular sessions. It suits anyone who wants consistent support without the constraint of a fixed calendar slot.
Four sets of reflective prompts costs £500 and must be used within three calendar months.
